OTHER ANIMALS is a gallery for animals other than domesticated dogs. Domesticated dogs are not allowed. Divisions and Classes will be added as needed and can be requested by members at any time. Please refer to the Album Description for a list of animals per class. CLASSES FOR PLASTIC / CHINA PC 1 through PC 61 RESINS, CUSTOMS, SANDICAST RCS 1 through RCS 61 . BOVINES ---WILD . CERVIDAE . FELIDAE . CANINES . FELIS CATUS . BOVIDAE --- DOMESTICATED CATTLE . POULTRY --- Standard size and Bantams BOVIDAE --- SHEEP and GOATS -- WILD and DOMESTIC SWINE --- DOMESTICATED & WILD . BIRDS AS PETS --- SMALL PET BIRDS BIRDS AS PETS --- LARGE PET BIRDS WILD BIRDS ELEPHANTIDAE --- ELEPHANTS URSIDAE -- BEARS AND MORE......................... PHOTO INFORMATION Entries may be given a unique name or the breed/species and gender can be used instead. If using the species and gender, members will be assigned a number ID to use on all photos. Photo Title: Breed/Species - Gender (and I will assign a number ) Example: (using breed) Holstein - cow OR (Using species) Bison - Bull 32 Description: Plastic Description: Resin Entries using a unique name Example: Photo Title: Jack Sprat Description: Bison - Bull indicate if its plastic, china, resin, custom or sandicast In either case adding to the description is totally optional and will not be used as a determining factor for placement. This is a competition!!! Realistic natural settings or a photography studio setting should be used to impress the judges. Solid colors for the backdrop and flooring should compliment the coat colors of the animal. Natural settings do not necessarily have to be a replica of the animal's natural habitat. POINTS USED FOR EARNING AWARDS: 1st = 5pts 2nd = 4pts 3rd = 3pts 4th = 2pts 5th through 10th = 1pt. AWARDS: Champion CH = 60pts Grand Champion GDCH = 80pts Bronze BCH = 100pts Silver SCH = 100pts Gold GOCH = 100pts Entries can also earn Best In Show Other Animals/Reserve After earning the Gold, entries may continue to compete for Best In Show/Reserve or retire and come back as a new entry.
