This answer applies only to Contest Albums that will be judged by Member Ratings (not by Single Judges.)

 

 

Member Ratings can be assigned as the judgement method for Standard, Champion or Grand Champion Contest Albums.

 

 

You have two methods you may use to assign By Member Ratings for a Contest:

 

Album management or the Contest Management List.

 

 

NOTE:   Judgement methods can only be changed while a Contest Album is in Closed or Open state.

 

 

 

HOW TO USE ALBUM MANAGEMENT TO ASSIGN MEMBER RATINGS:

 

You can assign Member Ratings to one Contest at a time by using Album Management.

 

NOTE: Your Contest must be in the Closed or Open state.

 

1. On your Contest Album's Home page, access Manage This Album (via the Host Tools button or menu link.)

 

2. Select Album Contest Settings.

 

3. Set the option for:  How Contest Winners will be Elected....

 

Select By Member Ratings

 

4. Then click Save.

 

 

Member Ratings will then be the judgement method for that Contest.

 

 

 

 

HOW TO USE THE CONTEST MANAGEMENT LIST TO ASSIGN MEMBER RATINGS:

 

You can assign Member Ratings to one or to multiple Contests at once by using the Contest Management List.

 

1. On your Gallery's Home page, access the Contest Management List (via the Host Tools button or menu link.)

 

2.  Place checkmarks beside selected Contests. 

 

NOTE:   Your selected Contests must be in the Closed or Open state.

 

3.  Click on Edit Selected.

 

4.  Click on Change Judging Assignment. 

 

5. If Member Ratings is desired, click on the Use Member Ratings button.

 

 

Member Ratings will then be the judgement method for the selected Contests.
