This answer applies only to Contest Albums in which the winners will be determined using Member Ratings.

 

 

There are several possible avenues for letting Members know that it is time to rate the entries.

 

 

 

Here are some suggested methods:

 

Post Dates on the Gallery's Home page.

Notices about the starting dates and ending dates for rating a Contest may be posted on your Gallery's Home page.  

 

Access your Manage This Gallery - Basic Settings page to edit your Gallery's Description.

 

Or use your Gallery Stories.

 

 

Post Dates or make an announcement to a Message Group.

Notices and announcements about the starting dates and ending dates for rating Contests may be posted to an associated Message Group, such as a Yahoo Group.

 

 

Send Dates by email.  

Notices about the starting dates and ending dates for rating Contests may be sent directly by email to your Members. 

 

 

Send Dates via the SnapBraggin messaging tool. 

Notices and announcements about the starting dates and ending dates for rating Contests may be sent using the SnapBraggin messaging tool in your Gallery's Member Management List. 

 

The messaging tool may be used to send email messages individually, or to send emails to several (or all) Members at once! 

 

Emails sent this way will hide your email address.
