I am a Gallery Host. What is a Group? And how do I use Groups?
A Group is like a "folder" that contains your Albums.
You can use Groups to help you to combine related Albums into collections.
When you Add a new Album, during Album Setup, you may indicate a Group name.
Or, after your Album has been created, you can change your Album's associated Group at any time by visiting Manage This Album - Album Basic Settings.
If you want several Albums to be combined together, simply use the same Group name for each of those Albums.
Here is an example of how you might use a Group:
A possible Group name might be: My Trip to Spain.
Perhaps, during a trip to Spain, you took several photographs and
you would like to create several Albums that will be in the same Group: My Trip to Spain.
As you Add each new Album that you want to be in the same Group, then type the same Group name into the Album Group box: My Trip to Spain.
All of the Albums with that same Group name, My Trip to Spain, will be combined together in the same Group.
NOTE: If the Album Group box is left empty, then the Group name will be: Not specified.
How to access your Groups:
You can access your Groups on your Gallery's Home page.
Click on the Album Group List button, then select a Group.
