A PA badge on your Album Banner is an alert!

 

 

PA means Pending Approval.

 

If you see a PA badge on your Album's Banner, that means that your Album contains one or more Pending Approval photos that need your attention!

 

Your Album may contain:

 

Photos with PA badges (newly-submitted photos that are Pending Approval)

 

Photos with DQ-PA badges (Disqualified photos that have been corrected and are Pending Approval)

 

 

 

 

It is the Host's job to manually decide about Pending Approval photos!

 

NOTE: PA, Pending Approval photos and DQ-PA photos may not compete in Contests (they will not be judged or rated.)

 

Hosts!  Please approve PA, Pending Approval and DQ-PA photos before starting judging (if you hold Contests!)

 

 

 

If there are Photos in your Album with PA badges.  They need your attention!

 

Photos in your Album may have PA badges, if you are screening new photos.

 

If you have chosen to use Manual Approval (because your Gallery's Submission Approval type is set as Manual Approval in Gallery Management), then SnapBraggin will give newly-uploaded photos PA, Pending Approval badges. 

 

Manual Approval allows you to screen newly-uploaded photos for content before they are seen by other members of the Gallery or the public. 

 

Manual Approval means that YOU must decide whether to Approve or Reject the photos.

 

Photos with PA badges are awaiting your decisions!

If there are Photos in your Album with DQ-PA badges.  They need your attention!

 

Photos in your Standard Contest Albums may have DQ-PA badges, if you are holding Contests.

 

If you are holding Contests, then eventually some of the entries in your Contests may be

disqualified by your judges.    Disqualified entries are given DQ Flags.

 

The owners of photos that have DQ Flags may correct their entries.

 

When owners correct their disqualified entries, the photos are given DQ-PA badges to

alert you!

 

Photos with DQ-PA badges are awaiting your decisions whether to Approve the corrections or not!
