Any SnapBraggin Registered User may Create a new Gallery.

Simply get registered, acquired a Hosting Plan (either Free or paid), then create a new Gallery (or several Galleries!)

NOTE:  Paid Hosting Plans allow unlimited Gallery creations.   Free Hosting Plans only permit one Gallery.
