When a Gallery's Banner and Home page indicates: Membership: Closed, By Invitation Only, that means that:

The Host of that Gallery is currently not permitting requests to join the membership because the Host prefers to send out invitations.

When a Gallery's Home page indicates Membership: Closed, By Invitation Only, that means that you will not be able to request to Join the Gallery membership at this time.  

You must be invited!
