If you are a Member of a SnapBraggin Gallery, you have some various methods which you might use to contact your Gallery's Host.

 

Some possible suggestions for ways to contact your Gallery's Host are:

 

 

Send your Gallery's Host a direct Email: 

 

If you are lucky, your Gallery's Host will provide their email address to you, or they may list the email address on the Gallery's Home page. 

 

If you receive a personal Welcome email from the Host when your membership request is Accepted, that email will probably provide your Gallery Host's contact information. 

(Please keep a record of your Gallery Host's contact information.)

 

 

Post a message to an associated Message Group:

 

Your Gallery's Host may encourage you to join an associated Message Group (such as a Yahoo Group) to provide a means of communication for the Gallery's membership.  

 

As a member of the Message Group, you could possibly post a message to the Host via that venue.

 

 

Send a Message via SnapBraggin: 

 

Whenever you are a Member of a SnapBraggin Gallery, SnapBraggin offers a messaging tool by which you may send an email message to your Gallery's Host.  

 

So, you can use that method, if available.

 

1. Sign in with your Username or Email Address and Password.

 

2. Click on any My Account menu link. 

 

3. Click on the My Gallery Memberships button.

 

4. Click on the applicable Send Host a Message button (if available) 

 

5. Type your message into the box.

 

6. Then click on the Send button.

 

 

NOTE:  Gallery Hosts can turn off the messaging tool, if they would rather not receive messages from their Gallery's Members.

If that happens, the Send Host a Message button will not be available, so try one of the other contact methods.  

 

NOTE:   Email addresses are not revealed by SnapBraggin when using the messaging tool.

And, messages sent via the SnapBraggin messaging tool are ONE WAY.  So, if you expect a reply, please inform your Host, and please include your email address in the body of your message.
