There are several ways to find out about your winning photos!

 

 

 

There are two super easy ways that you can use to find out if your entries have won awards, and some slower methods....

 

 

 

USE THE MY WINNERS SEARCH

 

The My Winners search is the quickest way to jump directly to a list of just your photos

that have been winning finalists (that have won placements or awards)!

 

However, this will find your winners in ALL of the Galleries in SnapBraggin.

 

To access the My Winners search, simply click on My Winners on the menu!

 

The My Winners search will list all of your photos that have been winning finalists, from all of the SnapBraggin Galleries in which you are either a Host or a Member!

 

 

 

USE THE MY PHOTOS SEARCH

 

The My Photos search will allow you to search for your photos that have won awards in one or more specific Galleries.

 

1. To access the My Photos search, click on My Photos on the menu.

 

2. Place checkmarks next to a Gallery (or Galleries) in which you would like to search.

 

3. Place a checkmark next to "Photos that have won awards"

 

4. Then click the Apply Search button.

 

The My Photos search will list all of your photos that have been winning finalists in the specific Galleries that you have selected.

 

 

 

USE THE SUBMITTED BY SEARCH

 

This is a slower way to get to the same My Winners list as mentioned above....

 

The Submitted By search will first provide a list of all of your photos that you have submitted to SnapBraggin.  (That might be a really long list!)

 

Then you will need to use the Winners Only toggle to reduce the list to display just your photos that have been winning finalists!

 

1. To access the Submitted By list of your photos, go to the Detail page for any one of your photos.

 

(To access a Detail page, click on any thumbnail, scroll view or hybrid view for your photo.)

 

2. Then click on the Submitted By name (your name) on your photo's Detail page.   

 

3. That will take you to the Submitted By page which will display all of your photos that you have submitted (uploaded) to SnapBraggin.

 

4. To reduce the list to only your photos that were winning finalists, place a checkmark next to Winners Only.

 

 

USE THE PLACEMENTS AND AWARDS LINKS ON YOUR PHOTO'S DETAIL PAGE:  

 

Every photo in SnapBraggin has a Detail page!

 

(To access a Detail page, click on any thumbnail, scroll view or hybrid view for your photo.)

 

And every Detail page includes information about how many Placements and Awards have been earned by that photo!

 

For example, a photo's Detail page might indicate: 

 

PLACEMENTS: 2 RECORDED.  This would mean that the photo was a Winning Finalist two times!

 

AWARDS: 3 RECORDED.   This would mean that the photo earned 3 awards (ribbons, rosettes and/or cups.)

 

If you click on either of those links (the PLACEMENTS link or the AWARDS link), you will be taken to an additional wealth of information about those achievements that were earned by the photo.

 

Via this method, you can learn when the achievements were earned, who judged the photo (or if it was rated), and how many placement and award points have been earned by the photo!

 

 

 

USE THE CONTEST HISTORY

 

Another method that SnapBraggin has for learning about your winning photos, is to use the

Contest History.

 

When Contest results are recorded by your Gallery Host, SnapBraggin archives the historical results in the Contest History for the Contest Album.

 

You may access the Contest History for a Contest to see if your Photos have won any placements or awards in that Contest.

 

1.  While on any Contest Album's Home page, click on the Contest History menu link.

 

2.  That will take you to a list of Recorded dates for the Contest. 

 

3.  If you see a checkmark next to any Contest Date, that checkmark indicates that one or more of your photos in the Contest were winners on that date!    Pretty nice, hunh?

 

4.  If you click on a Contest Date, you will see the visual results (thumbnails of the placed winners) for that date.  

 

5.  And from there you can click to view the written results for that Contest date. 

 

 

OBTAIN WRITTEN RESULTS FROM THE GALLERY’S HOST

If your Gallery’s Host is providing written results for the Gallery’s Members, you may have other ways to obtain those written results:

Directly from the Host:   Contact your Gallery's Host and ask for written results to be emailed to you, or links provided.

From an associated message group:  If you are a member of an associated message group (such as a Yahoo Group), you might be able to download written results that have been posted in that location.

On the Gallery's Home page:  It might even be possible that results are posted onto the Gallery's Home page description.
