You are not required to have Members in your Gallery!

 

 

The potential to manage a Gallery membership (to have Members in your Gallery) is a feature that is included with every SnapBraggin Gallery.

 

However, if you do not want to use your Gallery's membership (if you don't want any Members in your Gallery) then just don't use that feature!

 

You choose whether you want to have Members in your Gallery or not.

 

 

 

IF YOU DON'T WANT ANY MEMBERS IN YOUR GALLERY:

 

You will want to Close your Gallery's membership! 

 

You will want to make your Gallery be: By Invitation Only.

 

NOTE:  Gallery memberships are Closed by default. 

 

 

 

Here is how to Close your Gallery's membership:

 

1.  While visiting your Gallery's Home page, access Manage This Gallery (via the Host Tools button or menu link.) 

 

2. Click on the Gallery Membership Settings button.

 

3. Make your decision about the Promote Membership? Option.

 

Choosing the membership type that you prefer:

 

If you want NO MEMBERS:  Select:   No, hide join links. By invitation only.  

 

Your Gallery Banner and Home will indicate:  Closed, By Invitation Only.

 

Only members you personally invite will have the option to join your Gallery. 

 

 

 

 

IF YOUR GOAL IS TO HAVE NO MEMBERS, JUST DON'T "INVITE" ANYONE!

 

 

 

NOTE:  Closing your membership will not affect any current Members of your Gallery.

 

And, closing your membership will not process any Pending Members. 

You must decide about those people manually.
