There are several things that you can do to protect your SnapBraggin Account.

NEVER SHARE YOUR USERNAME OR PASSWORD:

This should be obvious!

Don't share your Username or Password! 

Encourage your friends and family to obtain their own SnapBraggin User Registrations.

Registering as a SnapBraggin User is free!  

USE A DISPLAY NAME

You can hide your Username with this one easy method:

1.  Simply Access your My Account - My Personal Info page,

2.  enter a "Display name" into the box,

3.  then click Save. 

SnapBraggin will display your Display Name (or your Username, if you do not provide a personalized Display Name):

• As the Submitted By name on all photos that you upload.
• As the Hosted By name for any Galleries of which you are the Host.  
• As the Comment Author of any Comments that you author about the photos in Galleries in which you are a Member or the Host.
• As the Member/owner of winning photos displayed in a Gallery's Top Ten Lists.
• As your Hosted By name, judge's name and/or Submitted by name on the results reports of Contests.
• In emails from SnapBraggin.

USE A SECURITY QUESTION

Protect your account from fraudulent Password Reset requests,

by using a Security Question!

You may use one of the SnapBraggin pre-loaded security questions or create your own

personalized security question!

1. Simply Access your My Account - My Security Question page,

2.  select a question, or write your own security question,

3.  provide an answer!   Type your answer into the box.

4.  then click Save.

NOTE:  Keep a record of your Security Question and Answer!  You will need to know your Security Question and Answer if you ever forget your Password!

ALWAYS SIGN OUT!

Always Sign Out of SnapBraggin, especially when you are using a Public Device!

BEWARE:

Apps have a notorious habit of keeping the User Signed In,

EVEN WHEN THE APP OR BROWSER IS CLOSED!

EVEN WHEN THE DEVICE IS TURNED OFF!

This is particularly true for Apps on tablets and cell phones.

The only way to be 100% sure that you are Signed Out,

is to manually click on SIGN OUT ! 

WARNING:   Do not use the SnapBraggin Stay Signed In option on public devices!
