What Size photo files may I upload?

The Gallery's Host may restrict the size of photo files that can be uploaded into an Album.

Should a restriction exist, the Host and the Members will all be required to comply with the Album's photo size restriction.

The types of photo size restrictions are:

  • No restriction.Your photos can be any size or shape (up to SnapBraggin's maximum file size of 200MB.)
  • May not exceed a specific size. Your photos can be any size or shape up to that specified size.
  • Must be exactly a specific size.Your photos must be only that specified size. The photos that you upload can be no larger and no smaller.
  • Will be Down-sized to fit.Any photos that are larger than the specified size will be downsized by SnapBraggin to fit within the required size.

Find out about photo size restrictions:

  • Whenever you Add a photo, SnapBraggin will let you know if there are any restrictions on the size of photos that are permitted to be uploaded into that particular Album.
  • If your photo does not comply, your upload will be prevented.

For example: The photo size restriction might be that all photos uploaded into an Album must be exactly 500 pixels tall by 500 pixels wide.   SnapBraggin will prevent any other size photos from being uploading into that Album.

NOTE:  You will need to crop and resize your photos yourself, before you upload them, in order to comply with any size restrictions in an Album.  Uploads of photo files that do not meet an Album's requirements will be prevented.

Except when the restriction is Will be Down-sized to Fit, in which case SnapBraggin will re-size the photos to comply.

NOTE: To avoid long upload times, SnapBraggin always recommends that photo files be down-sized before uploading.
