You can Modify your photo’s Title of Description by using the Modify button on your photo's Detail page. 

 

 

 

How to modify your photo’s Title or Description:

 

1. Sign In using your Username or Email Address and Password.

 

2.  Navigate to the Gallery's Album that contains your photo.

 

3.  IF YOU ARE A GALLERY MEMBER:  

 

Verify that the Album indicates: Open.

 

You may Modify your Photo's Title or Description only while an Album is Open.

 

Jump to Step #5.

 

NOTE:  If an Album is not Open, you will not be able to modify your photo's information at this time. 

 

4. IF YOU ARE A GALLERY HOST:   

 

You may Modify Titles and Descriptions (of your photos or your Members' photos) while an Album is Open, Closed or Judging state. 

 

NOTE: If a Contest Album is in Completed or Recorded state, you will not be able to Modify Titles or Descriptions at this time.   

 

A Host may change the state of Contest Albums via the Contest Management List for their Gallery.

 

5.  Access the Detail page for the Photo you wish to Modify.   Click on either the photo's Thumbnail, Scroll or Hybrid View image to display the Photo's Detail page.

 

6.  Then Click on the MODIFY button.

 

7.  Make the desired changes to the photo's Title and/or Description information.

 

8. Then click Save.
