NOTE: Prior to the expiration date, you will receive a notice by email to remind you that your expiration date is approaching !  

• Simple solution!   When you receive the warning email, extend your Hosting Contract before the expiration date arrives!
• Extend your plan so that your Hosting Plan will not expire!!   
• Do it today! Preserve your photos!

However, if you ignore the notice, and let the expiration date arrive without extending your Hosting Plan contract, there will be a series of events that will happen......

• We are not telling you WHEN they will happen, or for HOW LONG.....
• (It is kinda up to the Site Administrator!) So, take your chances....

FIRST (this stuff will happen on your expiration date):

Your Gallery Homes and Album Homes in all of your Hosted Galleries will have warning messages splashed across them, to let everyone know that your Hosting Plan has Expired.

Creating Galleries will be prevented:  You will be unable to create any New Galleries.

Creating Albums will be prevented:  You will be unable to create any New Albums.

Adding Photos will be prevented: The +Add Photo button will be RED in every Album in your Hosted Galleries, which means that you and your Members will be unable to Add photos to any of the Albums in any of your Hosted Galleries.

SECOND (we are not sure when this will kick in...) 

Your Galleries will become UNLISTED!

This means that your Hosted Galleries will no longer be findable with the All Listed Galleries search.

Your Galleries will become INACTIVE!

This means that you AND all of your Members will be prevented from Viewing or Interacting with any of the Albums in your Hosted Galleries.

AND, OH, by the way, all Visitors will be unable to view the photos in your Hosted Galleries either.

You will be unable to hold Contests:

Your Gallery's Contests will not be listed via the For Judges menu link, which means that the Contests in your Galleries cannot be judged.

Your Gallery's Contests cannot be Rated either.

All of your hosted photos will be hidden: 

All of the photos (yours and your Members') in all of your Albums in all of your Hosted Galleries will be hidden from view!

The photos won't be deleted yet, just stashed out of sight...

Be warned that your inactive Galleries will hang around for a while longer... 

we just don't know for how much longer...

THIRD (you are really gambling here...)

Well, this is the worst of all.....

And you won't know when it is going to happen...!

Eventually, if your Hosting Plan is not renewed...all of your Hosted Galleries will be DELETED.

Eventually, if your Hosting Plan is not renewed...all of your photos AND all of your Members' photos in all of your Hosted Galleries will be DELETED.

Galleries and photos gone for good.
