When you acquire either a Free or Paid Hosting Plan, your Plan will have two unified use parameters: capacity and expiration date.

CAPACITY:

Your Hosting Plan's capacity is the amount of data storage that you have chosen to utilize. 

CAPACITY is measured in two ways:   Gigabytes and Number of photos.

Gigabytes:   Gigabytes (GB) is the amount of file storage space that may be used by your Hosted Galleries combined.

Your chosen Hosting Plan will have a maximum amount of GB storage space that may be utilized by all of the photos in all of your Hosted Galleries combined, for example: 1 GB of file space. 

Number of photos:  This is the maximum number of photos that may reside within your Hosted Galleries combined.

Your Hosting Plan will have a maximum number of photos that may be uploaded and stored by you and your Members in all of your Hosted Galleries combined, for example: 1000 photos.

CAPACITY will be maxed out by whichever happens first (Gigabytes are used up, or the maximum number of photos is reached): 

By that we mean:

Your Capacity will be maxed out if you and your Members fill up all of your Gigabytes of storage space, if that happens first. 

Or your Capacity will be maxed out if you and your Members upload and store your Plan's maximum number of photos, if that happens first.

IF YOU MAX OUT YOUR PLAN'S CAPACITY, YOU CAN DELETE SOME PHOTOS TO FREE UP SPACE!

OR, IF YOU MAX OUT YOUR PLAN'S CAPACITY, YOU CAN UPGRADE YOUR PLAN BY PURCHASING A PLAN WITH MORE CAPACITY IN ORDER TO GAIN MORE SPACE !

NOTE: If your Plan's capacity is reached (before your plan expires), you and your Members may delete some photos in order to free up space for new photos to be added!

EXPIRATION DATE:

Your Hosting Plan's Expiration Date is the date when your current Hosting Plan ends (the End Date.)

When your Expiration Date is reached, you (and the Members of your Hosted Galleries) will no longer be able to add any new photos to your Hosted Galleries (even IF you still have remaining Capacity.)   And you will no longer be able to add new Albums or new Galleries.

Then, someday after your Expiration Date has been reached, if your plan is not renewed, SnapBraggin will block your access to your Hosted Galleries, and SnapBraggin will block your Members' access to your Hosted Galleries.

And, eventually, (we are not sure when) after your Expiration Date has been reached, if your plan is not renewed, SnapBraggin will take the drastic measure of deleting your Hosted Galleries and deleting all of the photos in all of your Hosted Galleries. (That includes your photos and your Members' photos.) 

TO PREVENT YOUR PLAN FROM EXPIRING, YOU SHOULD PURCHASE AN EXTENSION OF YOUR PLAN BEFORE YOUR EXPIRATION DATE!

BUT, IF YOU DO LET YOUR PLAN EXPIRE, YOU SHOULD RENEW YOUR PLAN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO PREVENT YOUR PHOTOS FROM BEING DELETED!

NOTE: When your Plan's Expiration has been reached, you may still be able to save your photos from being permanently deleted by SnapBraggin!  IF you act fast and renew your Hosting Plan contract! Do it today!
