It is super easy to change your Hosting Plan, or keep it up to date! Simply visit your My Hosting Plan page (via any My Account link) and select the Hosting Plan that best suits your needs.

Upgrading your Hosting Plan

• If you upgrade your Hosting Plan (in order to increase your Plan's capacity while retaining your current expiration date), any unused Plan funds will be credited toward the purchase of your upgraded Hosting Plan.

• To upgrade your Hosting Plan, simply select a plan that has a larger amount of GB storage capacity than your current Plan.
• Your capacity will be increased to the new, higher amount of storage space.
• Your expiration date will stay the same. 
• You will only need to pay the balance required.

Downgrade your Hosting Plan

• If you downgrade your Hosting Plan (in order to decrease your Plan's capacity), any unused Hosting funds will be used to extend the duration of your Hosting Plan.
• To downgrade your Hosting Plan, simply select a plan that has a smaller amount of GB storage capacity than your current Plan.
• Your storage capacity will decrease.
• Your expiration date will be pushed into the future.
• No refund will be issued.

NOTE: You will be unable to Downgrading your Hosting Plan to a plan with less Capacity than you are currently using.

Extending your Hosting Plan

• If you extend your Hosting Plan (in order to extend your Plan's duration), your expiration date will be extended into the future.
• For example, you might want to extend your plan for an additional year.
• The additional year will push your expiration date one year further into the future.
• To extend your Hosting Plan, simply select a plan that has the same GB storage capacity as your current plan.
• Your storage capacity will remain the same.
• Another year will be added to your expiration date.
• You will be charged the full price for the additional time.

Renewing your expired Hosting Plan (while your Hosted Galleries and photos are still valid, before they get deleted)

• Did your Hosting Plan expire, but your Hosted Galleries and photos are still valid (they have not yet been deleted)?
• If so, you are lucky! 
• Hurry! Save your photos!
• If you renew your expired Hosting Plan before your photos are deleted, your Hosting Plan will be rejuvenated, and WHEW! your photos will be saved from deletion!
• Your storage capacity will be based on the Hosting Plan capacity you select.
• Your new expiration date will be based on the date that you purchase the renewal Plan.
• Your Hosted Galleries and the Photos in your Hosted Galleries will be saved from oblivion!
• The renewal Plan that you select will be charged at the full price.

NOTE:  You will be unable to Renew your Hosting Plan to a plan with less Capacity than you are currently using.

Renewing your expired Hosting Plan (after your Hosted Galleries and photos have already been deleted by SnapBraggin)

• Has SnapBraggin already deleted your Hosted Galleries and photos because you waited too long to renew your Hosting Plan?
• We are very, very sorry to hear that!
• At this point, you will need to renew your expired Hosting Plan.
• You will need to start over with creating Galleries and uploading photos.
• Your storage capacity will be based on the Hosting Plan capacity you select.
• Your new expiration date will be based on the date that you purchase the renewal Plan.
• The renewal Plan that you select will be charged at the full price.
