To change your My Email Preferences:

1. Sign in with your Username or Email Address and Password.
2. Click on any My Account menu link.
3. Click on the My Email Preferences button.
4. Read the Email Preferences options
5. Toggle the Yes/No sliders as desired.
6. Then click the Save button.
