I am a Gallery Host. How do I remove a Rejection from a photo? How do I change a Rejected photo to Approved?

If you are a Gallery Host, you may remove a Rejection from a photo in your Shared Album or Standard Contest Album.

How to remove a Rejection from a photo:

 

This method may be used to change one photo at a time from Rejected to Approved.

 

 

1. Visit your Gallery's Home page

 

2. Verify that the Album is either Open, Closed or Judging state.

 

NOTE: If a Contest Album is in Completed or Recorded State you will not be able to interact with the photos at this time.  You may change the state of a Contest Album, if desired, via the Contest Management List.

 

3. Enter the Album,

 

4. Find a photo that displays a Rejected badge. REJECTED BADGE ICON

 

5. Click on the thumbnail, scroll or hybrid view image to access the photo's Detail page.

 

6. Then simply click on the Approve button.

 

The photo will be changed to Host Appraisal: Approved.

 

The Rejected Badge and the Rejection Comment will be removed.
