This answer applies only to Contest Albums, in Galleries in which the Host is interested in holding Contests.

 

 

There are several possible avenues for letting your Single Judges know that it is time for judging the entries.

 

 

 

Here are some suggested ways to make announcements:

 

Post judging Dates on the Gallery's Home page.  

Notices about the starting dates and ending dates for judging may be posted on your Gallery's Home page.   Access your Manage This Gallery – Gallery Basic Settings page, and edit your Gallery's Description.   Or use your Gallery Stories.

 

Post judging Dates or announcements to a Message Group.  

Notices or announcements about the starting dates and ending dates for judging may be posted to an associated Message Group, such as a Yahoo Group.

 

Send judging Dates by email.  

Notices about the starting dates and ending dates for judging may be sent directly by email to your judges.  Direct emails are always recommended!

 

( And ask your judges to send replies that they have received your emails! )

 

Send judging Dates via the SnapBraggin messaging tool. 

Notices or announcements about the starting dates and ending dates for judging may be sent using the SnapBraggin messaging tool in your Gallery's Member Management List. 

 

The messaging tool may be used to send emails individually, or to send emails to several assigned Judges at once!
