What you are able to do in your Contest Album will depend on the type of Contest Album,

the state the Contest Album is in, and the path you take to view the Contest Album.

Via the Gallery Home, when your Standard Contest Album is Open or Closed.

(When your Standard Contest Album indicates: Open for Entry, Open for Entries & Ratings, or Closed)

 

You may:

View the photos

Leave Comments (when Comments are on)

Collect Favorites

Add photos (Host owned)

Modify photos (Host or Member owned)

Delete photos (Host or Member owned)

Reject any Approved photos (Host or Member owned)

Approve or Reject PA, Pending Approval photos (Host or Member owned)

Approve or Reject DQ-PA, Pending Approval of corrections to Disqualified entries (Host or Member owned)

Clear away previous DQs (Host or Member owned)

Rearrange photos (Host or Member owned)

Transfer photos (Host or Member owned)

Rate the photos (when the Contest is Open with Member Ratings as the Judgement Method)

 

 

Via the Gallery Home, when your Champion or Grand Champion Contest Album is Closed

(When your Champion or Grand Champion Contest Album indicates: Closed)

 

You may:

Do nothing.

Activity is restricted in Champion and Grand Champion Albums

(In fact they will be empty when Closed.)

 

 

Via the Gallery Home, when your Standard Contest Album is in Judging state,

(When your Standard Contest Album indicates: Judging or Accepting Ratings)

You may:

View the photos

Leave Comments (when Comments are on)

Collect Favorites

Modify photos (Host or Member owned)

Delete photos (Host or Member owned)

Reject any Approved photos (Host or Member owned)

Approve or Reject PA, Pending Approval photos (Host or Member owned)

NOTE: The following activities apply to all Contest Album types (Standard, Champion and Grand Champion )

 

Via For Judges, when Contest Albums are Open or Closed,

(your Contest Albums will indicate:  Not ready for judging)

 

you may:

Do nothing.  Contest Albums are not active via For Judges during the Open or Closed states.   

 

 

Via For Judges, when Contest Albums are in Judging state,

(your Contest Albums will indicate:  Ready for judging)

 

you may:

Judge (and Complete the Judging) of a Contest (even when the Contest is assigned to a Gallery Member as the Single Judge)

View the photos during the judging process

Disqualify or un-disqualify entries

 

 

Via For Judges, when Contest Albums are in Completed state,

(your Contest Albums will indicate:  Completed)

 

you may:

View the photos.

Re-judge the Contest.

To re-judge a contest click on the Re-judge This Contest button.

Re-judging will change the state from Completed state back to Judging state.

 

 

Via For Judges, when Contest Albums are in Recorded state,

(your Contest Albums will indicate:  Recorded)

 

you may:

Do nothing.  Contest Albums are not active via For Judges during the Recorded state.

The Contest results are official and final.
