These Album management options are available for all Album types.

 

 

The options for Titles, Descriptions and Groups are:

 

Album Title: 

The Album Title will be the name of your Album that will be displayed on the Album and on the Album's Home page.  

 

An Album Title is required for all Albums.

 

NOTE:  All Albums within your Gallery must have unique Titles.  No two Albums within the Gallery may have the exact same Title.

 

Album Description: 

The Album Description will be the description that will be displayed on the Album and on the Album's Home page.  

 

The description will allow you to describe what your Album is about, what type of photos the Album contains, or even provide the rules for entering the Album (if it is a Contest type Album.)  

 

An Album Description is optional.

 

Album Group: 

The Album Group is like a "folder" that will help you to categorize and combine related Albums into collections.  

 

During Album Setup or at a later time via Album management, the Host may indicate a Group name for an Album.   Several Albums that are related can have the same Group name.

 

For example:  Several Albums might have the same Group name: My Trip to Spain.

 

An Album Group is optional.

 

NOTE: If the Album Group box is left empty, the Group will be named: Not Specified.

 

 

New Album Setup:

During initial Setup of a new Album, STEP #1 allows you to enter Title, Description, and Group information for the Album.    The Album Title is required, and must be unique.

 

Established Album:

To Change the Title, Description or Group of an established Album:

 

1. When on the Album's Home page, select Manage This Album (via the Host Tools button or menu link)

 

2.  Click on the Album Basic Settings button

 

3.  Make your desired changes to the Title, Description and/or Group

 

4.  Then Click Save.
