I am a Gallery Host. How do I add or change a Group name?
NOTE: Only Gallery Hosts may add or change Groups in their Galleries.
If you want to add or change the Group for an Album, you must do so
PER ALBUM via Album management.
Each Album is associated with a Group.
You decide which Group.
1. Visit your Gallery's Home page.
2. Click to go into an Album.
3. While on the Album's Home page, click on Manage This Album (via the Host Tools button or menu link)
4. Select Album Basic Settings.
5. Add or change the Group name by typing your desired Group name into the box.
6. Then click Save.
NOTE: If the Group name box is left empty, the Group name will be: Not specified.
NOTE: If you have several Albums that have the same Group name, and you want to change all of them to a different Group name, you will need to access Manage This Album - Album Basic Settings for each of the Albums and change the Group name for each Album individually.
