I am a Gallery Host. What Types of Albums are available on SnapBraggin?

There are three basic types of Albums available on SnapBraggin:

Host Only, Shared and Contest Albums.

The Contest Albums are additionally available in three varieties, for use in designing tournaments:   Standard, Champion and Grand Champion Contest Albums.

THE THREE BASIC TYPES OF ALBUMS:

Host Only Albums

Host Only Albums allow the Host of a Gallery to display and share just their own photos.

Only the Gallery's Host may Add photos or modify or delete their photos in Host Only type Albums.

Gallery Members will never be able to add photos to Host Only Albums.

Who may view Host Only Albums?   Host Only Albums may be either Viewing: By Everyone or Viewing: By Members Only.   The decision about viewing is made per Album, in Album setup or Album management.  (See Manage This Album - Album Basic Settings, the Allow Public Viewing option.)

Shared Albums

Shared Albums allow the Gallery's Host and the Gallery's Members to display and share their photos together in the same Album.

The Gallery's Host and the Gallery's Members may Add photos or modify or delete their photos in Shared type Albums.

However, the Gallery's Host has control over when Members may Add photos or modify or delete their photos; which Members may Add photos, how many photos may be added per member; and what size of files may be uploaded.

The Host may "close" Shared Albums if desired, so that Members may not add new photos and may not modify or delete their current photos.   When Shared Albums are "closed," the Albums will indicate: Closed By Host.

Who may view Shared Albums?   Shared Albums may be either Viewing: By Everyone or

Viewing: By Members Only.   The decision about viewing is made by the Host, per Album, in Album setup or Album management.  (See Manage This Album - Album Basic Settings, the Allow Public Viewing option.)

Contest Albums

Contest Albums allow the Gallery's Host and the Gallery's Members to display and share their photos together in the same Album AND to compete in judged or rated contests, if desired!

Contest Albums allow the entries (the photos) to be judged or rated to select winners.

The Gallery's Host and the Gallery's Members may Add photos or modify or delete their photos in Contest type Albums.

However, the Gallery's Host has control over when Members may Add photos or modify or delete their photos; which Members may Add photos, which Members may Compete (which Members  may have their photos judged or rated), how many photos may be added per member; and what size of files may be uploaded.

The Host may close Contest Albums if desired, so that Members may not add new photos and may not modify or delete their current photos.   When Contest Albums are closed, the Albums will indicate: Closed.

Who may view Contest Albums?   Contest Albums may be either Viewing: By Everyone or

Viewing: By Members Only.   The decision about viewing is made by the Host, per Album, in Album setup or Album management.  (See Manage This Album - Album Basic Settings, the Allow Public Viewing option.)

THE THREE VARIETIES OF CONTEST ALBUMS:
