How do I use the Notes associated with the Members in my Member Management List?
IF YOU HAVE MEMBERS, YOU MAY KEEP NOTES ABOUT YOUR MEMBERS IN THE MEMBER MANAGEMENT LIST.
The Notes for Members are visible only to the Gallery Host, and only via the path described below.
There are countless possible uses for keeping Notes about your Members!
Some suggested ideas for using the Notes per Member are:
Keeping a record of the payment of Membership Dues or Contest Fees
Keeping a record of additional Contact information for the Member
Keeping a record of real name of the Member
Keeping a record of country or State where the Member lives
Keeping a record of age of the Member
Keeping a record of whether the Member is a potential judge for Contests.
Keeping a record of any photos that were Deleted because of Inappropriate content.
To update the Notes for a Member:
You will use the Member Management List.
1. On your Gallery's Home Page, select Manage This Gallery (via the Host Tools button or menu link.)
2. Select Gallery Member Management List
3. Click on the Gear icon (to the right of a Member's information)
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page, where you will see Notes.
5. Type new Notes, or edit or delete your current Notes in the box provided.
6. then click on the Save button.
