NOTE:   You must be the Gallery's Host to edit or delete Member Comments.

 

NOTE:  This information applies only to Galleries with active memberships, in which the Host has Member Comments turned ON in Albums.  

 

This answer is regarding Member Comments.

 

Member Comments are the comments that the Gallery's Members or Host may leave about the photos in an Album.

 

(This answer is not about Rejection Comments or DQ, Disqualification Comments.)

 

 

 

 

Hosts may, however, edit or delete Member Comments (either written by the Members or their own comments), at any time!

 

 

1.  Member Comments are found on a photo's Detail page.

 

2.  To access a photo's Detail Page, you may click on the Thumbnail, Scroll, or Hybrid image.

 

3.  You can then page through the Detail pages by clicking on the Next or Previous buttons.

 

4.   Find a Comment that you want to edit or delete.

 

5. To EDIT the Comment:  Click on the Edit button.

 

Type your desired changes into the Comment box, then click Save to save the changes.

 

6.  To DELETE the Comment: Click on the Delete (RED Trashcan) button.

 

Because Deleting a Comment cannot be reversed, you will be asked to verify:

"Are you sure you want to delete the comment?"

If you are sure, click on the Yes, I'm sure! button.

 

 

 

NOTE:  Remember that Members are NOT ABLE to edit or delete their comments once they save them. 

 

Only the Host has the ability to edit or delete Member Comments.
