Passwords are case-sensitive.   

Case-sensitive means that you must enter your password with the same lower-case AND upper-case letters that you used to register your password with SnapBraggin.  

For example:   If your registered password is Bravo, you must enter Bravo.  

You cannot enter bravo or BRAVO.

NOTE: If your password is not typed correctly, you will see the error message:  "Something you entered was not recognized. Make sure your CAP-LOCK is off."
