Did you forget your SnapBraggin password?  

 

No problem !  We can help you with Resetting your Password. 

 

 

1.  First, make sure that you are Signed Out

 

2.  Then click on any Sign In menu link to access the Sign In page. 

 

3.  On the Sign In page, click on the (Forgot your password?) “Request a Reset” button.

 

4.  Enter the Email or Username of the account owning the password you are resetting.

 

5.  Then Click on the Send Request button. 

 

6. SnapBraggin will send a Password Reset Confirmation email to your Email Address on file.

 

7. The email (from accounts@snapbraggin.com) will contain a link that will take you to a SnapBraggin page where you can reset your password.

 

8. Click on the link in the email to access the SnapBraggin Password Reset page.

 

9.  If you have a SECURITY QUESTION on file (in your My Account - My Security Question page) you will be required to provide the answer. 

 

Type the answer to your Security Question into the box.

 

NOTE: WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU HAVE A SECURITY QUESTION ON FILE! Having a Security Question and Answer on file is the best way to protect your account from fraudulent password reset requests! You may establish a Security Question and Answer by accessing your My Account - My Security Question page whenever you are Signed In.

Just keep a copy because you WILL NEED THAT INFORMATION, next time you have  to reset your password.

 

10.  Enter your new password two times,

 

11.  Then click on the Submit button to complete the change.

 

12.  When your Password Reset is successful, you will see the message:  

" Success!  Your password has been changed!"

 

13. Click on the Close button.

 

14. The SnapBraggin Sign In page will appear.

 

15. You will then need to enter your Username or Email Address and your NEW password in order to Sign In to SnapBraggin.

 

NOTE:  PLEASE MAKE A NOTE OF YOUR NEW PASSWORD!  You will now need to use your NEW password whenever you Sign In to the site.
