I uploaded a photo but the Thumbnail is missing. Why?

If your photo has a missing Thumbnail or other image flaw, there are a couple of possible reasons:

Some possible reasons:

An upload glitch because of the internet, or your browser.

Hey, things happen.   The internet has been known to hiccup. Browsers have been known to goof now and then. Try the upload again.

An invalid URL for an Internet photo.

If your photo is an Internet photo (from a provided URL address) it is possible that the internet photo's source address is no longer valid. If your internet photo used to be there, in SnapBraggin, but is now just an X, the internet source is probably no longer viable. You can quickly find out. Simply access your internet photo's Detail page, and click on the Full-size icon. If you get an internet error message (like "Can't reach this page" or "This site can't be reached"), then, bingo, that's the problem.

NOTE:  SnapBraggin does not store internet photos, only the links to the provided URL addresses for those photos.

So, if the link is no good, then the photo's thumbnail, etc, will no longer be displayed.

How to fix a faulty thumbnail or photo:

  1. DELETE the faulty photo.
    • Access the photo's Detail page,
    • and click on the Delete (trash can) button.
  2. THEN RE-UPLOAD the photo.
