Creating a new Gallery Story is easy!

What are the steps?

1. While visiting your Gallery's Home page, select Manage Your Stories (via the Host Tools button or menu link.)
2. The list of your current Gallery Stories will be displayed.
3. Click on the Create a Story button.
4. Answer the on-screen questions, as described below...

Add the Story Title

Type a Story Title into the box.

Who can read your story?

Use the dropdown to determine who can read your story. Choose from the following options ...

• By Nobody (Select By Nobody if you wish this story to be temporarily hidden while you are creating or editing it. Obviously YOU will still be able to read it, but nobody else will be able to read it.)

• By Members Only (Select By Members Only if you wish this story to be readable only by the Members of your Gallery.)

• By Everyone (Select By Everyone if you wish this story to be readable by everyone. This means that your story will be public.)

Make this the featured story?

• Decide if you want this story to be the "Featured Story" or not.
• NOTE: Your Gallery may have either one or no Featured Story. You decide.
• Simply click on the small box to cast your decision... Featured or not featured?
  • CHECKMARK = YES (I want this story to be the Featured Story.)
  • NO CHECKMARK = NO (I do not want this story to be the Featured Story.)

Save

• Your new story will be created
• You can now add text and image elements.
