Many factors can affect the order in which your Contest Albums are displayed in your Contest Management List !

FIRST IS GROUP ORDER:

• The order of the Contest Albums in your Contest Management List is ALWAYS organized, first, by their Group names.
• Groups are listed alphabetically in the Contest Management List.
• So, you can influence the order of your Groups by using strategically-spelled Group Names.

SECOND IS CONTEST ALBUM ORDER:

• Within each Group, the Host determines the order of the Contest Albums.
• The order can be either:
  • automatically alphabetized, or
  • manually determined by the Host.
• So, you can influence the order of your Albums (within a Group) by using strategically-spelled Album Titles, or just rearranging the Contest Albums into your preferred order.

Automatically alphabetized:

• Automatic alphabetize is set in Gallery Management.
• Automatic alphabetize will constantly keep the Albums in alphabetical order within EVERY Group in your Gallery
• (and thus, your Contest Albums will be alphabetized within each Group in the Contest Management List.)

Manual rearrange:

• The manual Rearrange Albums tool is available on your Gallery's Home page.
• Manual rearrange lets the Host determine the desired order of the Contest Albums within ONE specific Group.
• Manual rearrange will affect ONLY the Albums in the selected Group.

NOTE: If your Gallery includes Shared Albums and/or Host Only Albums, those Album types, and their order, will be ignored in the Contest Management List (which displays ONLY Contest Albums.)

AND THEN USE FILTERED ORDER:

• The Host may Filter the amount of information that is displayed in the Contest Management List.
• You can influence which Groups are displayed by Filtering the List (to display all Groups or only display selected Group(s).)
• In combination with selected Group(s), you can influence which Albums are displayed by Filtering which Album states are displayed.

1. Access the Contest Management List
2. Click on the Change Filters button.

3. Select what you would like to have displayed in the list. Then check or uncheck the desired state(s) and Group(s).

   (Any combination is possible.)

   
   

   NOTE: You must select at least one state.

   NOTE: You may select any of the possible Groups. 

   
   

   Or you may select no Groups. If you select no Groups, then all Groups will be displayed.

4. Then click the Apply Filters button.
5. The Contest Management List will update.

The Contest Management List will display only those Contests that conform to your selections.

NOTE: If you later edit (change) the states of any Contests, you may need to use the Filter again to display the changed Contests.
