This answer applies only to Contest Albums that will be judged by Single Judges

(not by Member Ratings.)

 

 

To start the judging, simply change the state of the Contest(s) to Judging in the Contest Management List.

 

 

NOTE:   We are assuming that you have already created the Contest Albums, assigned the judgement method as Single Judge

and assigned your judges, Opened the Contests to allowed the Members to upload their entries, and that you have Approved or

Rejected any PA, Pending Approval and DQ-PA entries (if you are manually screening submissions.)

 

We are also assuming that your Contest Album is currently in state: Closed or Open,

and is, in your opinion, ready to be judged. 

 

 

HOW TO START THE JUDGING BY SINGLE JUDGE:

 

1. On your Gallery's Home page, access the Contest Management List (via the Host Tools button or menu link.)

 

2.  Place checkmarks beside selected Contests. 

 

3.  Click on Edit Selected.

 

4.  Click on Change State

 

5.  Click on Judge (to change all of the selected Contests to the Judging state.)

 

6.  Your assigned Single Judges will then be able to access and judge their assigned Contests via the For Judges menu link.

 

The Contests will indicate:  Ready For Judging.
