As a Gallery Host, you have two options:

 

Display your Albums Alphabetically:  Your Gallery's Albums will be listed (displayed on your Gallery's Home page) in Alphabetical order by Title, or

 

Display your Albums in your own order:  Your Gallery's Albums will be listed (displayed on your Gallery's Home page) in an order determined by you.

New Gallery Setup:

During initial Setup of a new Gallery, STEP #3 allows you to choose whether to "List Albums Alphabetically" or not. 

 

Established Gallery: 

To Change whether to "List Albums Alphabetically?" or not:

 

1.  While visiting your Gallery's Home page, click on Manage This Gallery (via the Host Tools button or menu link.) 

 

2. Then click on the Gallery Promotional Settings button.

 

3.  Set the option for List Albums Alphabetically?:   YES or NO ?

 

Choose YES if you want your Albums to constantly be displayed in Alphabetical order on your Gallery's Home page,

 

Choose NO if you prefer to rearrange the order of your Albums yourself.

 

4.  Then Click Save.

 

 

NOTE:  If you choose NO (because you do not want your Albums to be constantly Alphabetized) you may use the Rearrange Albums tool to determine the order of your Albums. 

 

To access the Rearrange Albums tool, when on your Gallery's Home page, click on Rearrange Albums (via the Host Tools button or menu link.)

 

NOTE:  If you choose YES (because you want your Albums to be constantly Alphabetized),

the Rearrange Albums tool will be unavailable.

 

To make the Rearrange Albums tool active, you must change the List Albums Alphbetically? option to NO.
